For me, photography is more than a job; it's a calling. I feel a deep sense of intuition during each shoot—a knowing when we've truly captured something special. Every session is unique, and I cherish the memories of each one, even those from long ago. I believe it's my duty to share what I see through my lens, to reveal the beauty and strength within each person, and in doing so, help them heal and connect with their true selves.
A Passion Ignited
This passion for photography was ignited at a young age, fueled by my artistic spirit and the inspiring influence of my mother, Rita Sherman. She was the owner of the beloved Captured Moments studio, which served our community for over 30 years. We look back on that legacy with love and gratitude for all the lives she touched. Growing up surrounded by cameras, darkroom magic, and the captivating world of film, I honed my skills, eventually earning a degree in Visual Communications with a specialization in Fine Art Photography. While the digital age has brought new tools and platforms, my foundation in the art of print remains at the heart of my work, ensuring your images are timeless and worthy of display.
